Breakfast variety including Cinnabon rolls

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast included amazing Cinnabon rolls and various options. Staff were friendly and ensured the dining area was stocked and clean. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding. The location was convenient for our needs. 🏨

A refreshing stay despite hiccups

Woke up to a delightful breakfast filled with warm Cinnabon rolls and friendly staff who knew our names. Their smiles made our mornings brighter.

The check-in was slower than expected and our air conditioner took time to function properly, which dampened the start of our stay.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, being close to everything in Lubbock. The breakfast is a highlight, served until 10 with great choices.

Unfortunately, our initial room had significant cleanliness issues, and the management wasn’t as responsive to our concerns. The elevator made unsettling noises, and there were maintenance problems that detracted from our experience.

Family with children, Unprofessional Service

Upon arrival, we checked in and were given a room that was supposed to be clean but turned out to be a disaster, not cleaned at all. They quickly remedied it and upgraded us to a suite which was a relief because we needed the space for the family.

It was not a bargain by any means, but the suite was acceptable.

We hit up the local art scene at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center and caught an amazing Broadway show. The staff was super friendly, and our rooms were clean and comfy. Plus, the breakfast was a hit with the delicious Cinnabon rolls. My friends and I had such a great time, I'd definitely come back!

Unfortunately, our air conditioner didn't work properly at first, and it was pretty warm. It took a bit to get it sorted out. But overall, we made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free internet access, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. The staff was so helpful when I forgot my earpods during my first visit. I highly recommend it for any stay, and I'm coming back for Easter!
